Damages:
Please inspect your order once it has been received. If there are any issues, damages, or you've received the wrong order, please contact us immediately.

Purchases/Refunds/Cancellations:
Due to the nature of Live Break services, all sales are final. When purchasing orders within the store, you agree that you and/or the card holder are 18 years or older and consent to the rules and policies. Refunds may only be issued if a product is unavailable. Please ensure that your order/quantity and shipping information are correct at checkout (shipping options should only be purchased when you are ready for your cards to be sent). Please note, if paying with PayPal and an unwarranted chargeback case is opened against TTGBreaks (unauthorized transaction, item not received, etc.) you forfeit your breaks and will be blocked from making any future purchases.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping:
Only purchase a shipping option if you are ready for me to ship the cards that have been pulled from your break(s). Additional shipping costs may be requested of you depending on the weight and destination (a correspondence will be sent for price adjustment). You do not need to purchase a shipping option for every break. Orders are held for up to 3 months from your initial purchase (once an order has been shipped this timeframe will reset), after which the cards will become forfeit. TTG Breaks is not liable for any loss once orders have been shipped unless insurance has been requested prior to shipping.

International Shipping:
If you are located internationally, extra shipping costs may be requested of you prior to your order being shipped based on your location and the weight of your order. A correspondence will be sent with further instructions on how to adjust your shipping cost. TTG Breaks is not responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, and tariffs.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
